Add nova functional tests - flavor extra spec - set/list/unset

Add some tests so as to verify if the following feature is actually implemented in OpenStack Compute (nova) grizzly-1 "g1":
1. Add flavor extra specs so that user can list/set/unset extra specs.
Tests for other blueprints in specification can be added in this bp in future.
