Customized batch run launcher script for Tempest. The script will provide customized and prioritiedxml test plan, environment clean module and test report generate module.

1. Automatically gather test cases and generate xml test plan file.
2. Test cases in test plan can be set with priority. The test plan will be loaded by launcher script and run with priority.
3. Test environment will be restored as the environment before test automatically. (When test exception happens and tear down is skipped, the action is necessary).
4. Restore network environment in case there is no available network after scripts run.
