Add Swift object expiry test

Check that Swift Object Expiry X-Delete-After header works correctly.
Create a container with one object. Set the 'X-Delete-After' header on that object to expire in (for example) 30 seconds from now. Sleep (for example) 30 seconds. Check that the objects are not accessible.
