Add a number of advanced tests for Heat

A few high level functions which are related with enterprise application should be tested to make sure the Heat's internals are doing fine:

1. Restart the instance if we miss a heartbeat
  - also ensures `AWS::CloudWatch::Alarm' is working,
  - also ensures `OS::Heat::HARestarter' is working,
  - Check both nova delete, kill kvm instance, sudo shutdown -h, and virsh destory
  - also ensures attached network is working,
  - also ensures attached network is working,

2. Software level coordination
  - also ensure software config A depends on software config B on same instance is working,
  - also ensure software config A depends on software config B cross instance is working

3. Instance Group and heat update
