Automatic initial plant configuration

Registered by Ondrej Wisniewski

Currently to configure a plant in Telegea the following steps need to be performed:

1. Create user on telegea.org (if not already existent)
2. Create a plant for the user
3. Generate an API key for this plant
4. Configure the Smartbox with the API key and plant Id
5. Configure sensors and actuators on the Smartbox

The goal is to make it easier and more intuitive for an end user to deploy a new plant in Telegea.

In order to simplify the procedure, the steps 2, 3 and 4 should be completely automated. The following algorithm describes the proposed automatic procedure:

- The user logs on to telegea.org from it's home network
- The Smartbox is connected to the home network and is switched on
- The Smartbox connects to telegea.org and identifies itself with the RaspberryPi serial number, requesting an API key
- The Telegea server detects the new Smartbox and associates it with the user who is logged in from the same IP address
- The Telegea server creates a new plant associated with the user and the new Smartbox with a default configuration
- The Telegea server creates an API key for the new plant and responds to the request from the Smartbox with the key and plant Id

At that point the Smartbox is registered to telegea.org and starts sending the defaults sensor data.
