Smartbox SW: wireless sensor module

The Smartbox has an option to add the XRF wireless plug-in module, if needed. This module can communicate with several sensors from https://www.wirelessthings.net

The software module to support reading the wireless sensors needs to be implemented in the platform service layer, according to the Smartbox software architecture.

 This module should support initially at least temperature and temperature/humidity sensors.

The software needs to communicate with the XRF module via serial line. It receives 12 bytes messages from the sensors, which need to be decoded according the the "language of things" protocol:
