Smartbox SW: configuration web GUI

The Smartbox software is composed of different software modules which can be enabled or disabled according to the deployment scenario of the device. Each module can also be configured with specific parameters. All these configuration options are specified in an INI stile configuration file.
What we need is a modern and intuitive Web based UI which can be used to specify all the configuration options and generate and save the configuration file on the device (similar to a home router configuration Web based UI). The UI should be accessible via the Smartbox web server. It shall be implemented in PHP and Javascript.
