Application for Nibe Split heatpump
The NIBE Split heatpump is a system for heating, cooling and producing hot water for small houses. It provides the possibility for remote controlling the following functionalities:
- Switching on/off the compressor
- Switching between two pre-configured heating curve offsets
- Enabling the "Extra hot water" function
These functions can be controlled by closing the appropriate contacts on one of the heat pump connectors. The Telegea Smartbox can physically control these contacts by wiring them to the integrated Smartbox relays.
A new Telegea application needs to be implemented which controls the 3 contacts manually via a Smartphone app. The app should display a button for each of the functions listed above and show the current state for each functions. By pressing the buttons, the related function on the heat pump will be activated.
The Smartphone app needs to communicate with the Telegea server via its HTTP API. It has to implement the following functions:
- Authorize with personal credentials
- Get current state of the heat pump functions
- Send command to switch on/off the heat pump functions
