Mockup of Tasky

I liked the mockup a lot, but i think that there is a lot of wasted white space. we could use a zebra type of list with the tasks, with a title, description and due date. then, the fist row of the list would be these titles, with a checkbox to select all the itens.
at the bottom, we could have a status bar, with the number of tasks, and the number of selected ones.
at the toolbar, we could have a Move To Trash button, and some kind of flag to mark the important tasks, like gmail, so the flagged ones would be at the top, and a button to Contract, so we could send the list to the email, for example...

Good points Andre. I've updated the mockup now, and added the things that you mentioned. The contractor icon should be placed to the right of the search field, but I wasn't able to change that now.

The good thing about all the white space is that the app scales well in any size. But maybe we can find something that the white space can be used to?

I'll do some updates to my mockup tommorow. I liked a lot of the ideas that dikoo has, especially the background colour and the categories.
