Move various commonly used types to the types module

Registered by Joshua Harlow

We currently use a variety of types in various utility files and engine files that should and would be better as shared top-level types that are present in the types module. This makes it easier to know what shared types taskflow uses and make it easier to find and review the types functionality when they are in a common location. It also creates a standard location for users of taskflow to import key types (so that those users are not importing our utility/other... files directly).
