Execute or revert flow up to certain point

TaskFlow engines should provide API to:
- ensure certain atom is executed (run all its dependencies and the atom itself, do not touch anything else)
- ensure certain atom is reverted (revert all atoms that depend on it and atom itself, do not touch anything else)
- force to revert everything from suspended state, even if no errors occurred so far.
