Implement additional persistence/storage backend, that, Instead of re-using atom details when atom is retried, will create new task details for it. Features:
- keep full history for later examination;
- atom <-> atom details mapping becomes one to many;
- failures for retry's history could be fetched directly from older details, instead of having to store them twice.
