Command line option for loading a po file

Translators need the ability to test po files. However, Task Coach doesn't use po files directly, but rather a python dictionary version of the po file. Provide a command line option so that translators can use a specific po file, e.g.:
$ taskcoach.py -po nl.po
This would start Task Coach and use the specified nl.po file to display the user interface in Dutch.
