Add Settings view for TaskAdder

Right now, the list and board that a task gets added to is hard coded in the code. We need to have a way for users to configure which list a card gets posted to.
1. Poll the Trello API to view all boards
2. Show this in a dropdown menu
3. Show all lists of a board (also in a dropdown menu)
4. Save the selected list for all future cards
