Make Tart fully working on Windows (like paths begin with a letter, a double-colon and backslashes instead of slashes). That sort shit. Also, work out how to replace the 'touch' command.

cp is not standard available on Windows, until now it isn't a problem but I'll need "cp -al" for snapshotting. Got to fix this or find another way to get snapshotting working. Maybe find inspiration with Flyback if it doesn't have too much os specific stuff.
Edit: found it, rsync has --link-dest which hard links unchanged files, which makes it perfect for snapshotting, now only figure out if hard links work good on Windows (I guess not, damn you windows)
