Make it easier to connect to a different server

As of commit 1, connecting to a server is done at the first configuration of Tart, after that a configuration setting is toggled to remember it has already added a key to another server. If you want to connect to another server, you'll have to toggle that option and change the destination. I want this to be easier by adding an option / program that ignores this option and just adds the key again, ignoring the fact the server may be the same.
