Special folder for web image upload

Okay so, there will be this folder, it will be uploaded to the /var/www folder, and automatically there will be made a thumbnail of it for easier posting on forums for example (like the screenshot threads on the crunchbang forums) where it's not appreciated to post images bigger than 400px big in any dimensions (yep, that includes the Z-axis as 3D is appearantly really hip nowadays)
