Refactor Tarantool Python Connection

Now, there's some cases, where tnt-py connector doesn't check if connection is still alive, and architecture is not OK for adding this feature. Also, there's no ConnectionPool objects there.
We need to rewrite Connection object (Maybe add more OO model) and add ConnectionPool Object. We need to add support of Non-blocking and blocking sockets.
