SHOW STAT should show average request size

Currently there is no way to see how big is response to an average request.
To help performance analysis, we should also show the following:
- the number of key lookups per second
- the number of matched tuples per second
- the number of tuples written to network per second
- the number of bytes read per second
- the number of bytes written per second
Perhaps we need a separate statement for this, SHOW IO/ SHOW IOSTAT?
