Add post-install tests, run before publishing binaries

Extend our buildbot infrastructure with post-install tests, and publish a new version of tarantool.org or binaries only if these tests pass.
What to test in post-install tests:
- rpms/debs install/uninstall cleanly, without warnings
- all binaries and scripts (in .tar.gz, .rpm, .deb) run after install
- ideally, we also need to test upgrade over HEAD~1
