Implement compression of WAL entries

To reduce write overhead and failover/start up time, especially for systems that have a lot of large tuples that are only updated piecemeal, implement compression of the write-ahead log entries.
We could use the following approaches:
- prefix compression, lz/ha compression
This feature can be useful for odnoklassniki project.
