Address fields by a field name, not field number

Make it possible to assign aliases to field numbers, and use them on the client.
Store the data dictionary on the server, cache on the client.
We have to pass around some sort of versioning token for the case when the data dictionary has changes. When it changes, all clients need to recache their information about aliases, and reprepare their requests.
