BackEnd for connecting 3D Tag cloud to Tagin! data

Creating the backend which connects the 3d Tag Cloud to the Tagin! data. When connection established, 3d Tag cloud will visualize existing tags for the current location. It will automatically get updated to always show tags stored for user's current location.
