Custom tokenizer for sqlite

A custom tokenizer that prevents very common words ("to", "a", etc.) from being indexed in the database. This should considerably reduce its size (to be verified!). On the other hand, one have to check whether searches like "to run" would still work, and in the case it doesn't add a filter for these searches.
