Have a way to find a kanji based on the jis and or unicode code and or euc code

There is already a :unicode command to find kanjis by unicode. Would be nice to have euc support as well.
Didn't know that existed, I should have read the manual more attentively :unicode=HHHH
SKIP code are now supported too, the others will be part of a future release.
