Colour for list printing

I love the list function of Tagaini Jisho. It would be awesome if the list has more customizability. Below are my suggestions:
- Colour for head kanji
- Colour for On and Kun readings
- User can colourize the meaning he wants
- Insert page number
- Left-alignment for Kanji meaning (currently, the default is at the center)
- Default margin should be changed. Currently it is set for Letter size, 0, 0, 0, 0 inches margins. I never use this setting. Instead, I always use A4, 0.5, 0.5, 0.5, 0.5 inches.
