VNF Marketplace for Tacker

Currently, Tacker does not have a marketplace for publication, upload, and download of VNF products (firewalls, routers, encryption, VPNs, etc.) and offerings. This spec is to implement the marketplace that supports upload and download VNF packages, has a user-friendly GUI for the vendors (VNF Suppliers)/ the operators (Service Providers) / and the customers. The VNF packages will be automatically downloaded and onboarded, ready to be used for deployment.
