This blueprint aims at supporting system performance management.
System performance management is important functionality to apply Tacker to commercial systems where a large number of requests occurs. Functionality that allows handling of a large number of requests and scale-out of the system is required.

The following features will be implemented.

- keep the number of DB records below a specified limit
- refactor transaction between VNFM and VIM
- refactor logging functionality
- support N-active clustering
