In the ETSI, when designing and developing the software that provides the VNF, VNF Providers may structure that software into software components and package those components into one or more images.
In the following, these VNF Provider defined software components are called VNF Components(VNFCs).
Now, Tacker also supported VNFC.
Therefore tacker need a VNFC monitoring tool and it also can check the status of application which run on the VNF too.
