Tacker is missing of Physical Network Function (PNF) orchestration. Considering the inevitable coexistence of VNF and PNF, only orchestrating VNFs is not enough for improving network performance. Thus, the independent orchestration of PNF and the hybrid orchestration of them are essentially required.
