In current tacker, error messages about vnf configuration failure displayed by CLI command such as "openstack vnflcm op show" is a little simple.
Therefore, this blueprint aims to improve the error messages of the mgmt driver.
The interface between tacker-conductor and mgmt-driver that is used to pass the error details of vnf configuration will be added.
