Enhance placement process
This blueprint aims at enhancing the placement functionality for VNF instance.
This enhancement increases the applicability of Tacker to various systems.
The following features will be supported.
- GrantRequest.
- If the Availability zone notified by NFVO during the life cycle cannot be generated VM due to lack of resources, VNFM reselects the Availability zone by itself and repeats retries until VM generation is successful.
