Enhancement of HTTP Client
In order to ensure the security when using an external API from Tacker (i.e., Tacker acts as an API client), it's necessary to validate the certificate of a destination server. This blueprint proposes to add an option to enable/disable certificate validation, which is already available on the v1 API, to v2 API.
