Deprecate non TOSCA legacy template DSL
Given TOSCA NFV Profile based DSL is support for the last two releases (Mitaka, Newton) and the legacy templates in [1] has been deprecated in Mitaka / Newton, the support for these template types should be removed for Ocata.
Following things needs to be remove,
1) Parsing logic for old template
2) Warning mesgs when an old template is provided as input (in tackerclient and in the API)
3) Sample templates [1]
4) Unit and Functional tests for old template
4) Docs still referring to old template syntax.
