Attach existing volume with VNF

Currently Tacker VNFD has support to create and attach volume with VDU, but currently we do not have support to attach already created volume with volume id.
This is required in the scenarios like:
* The data generated by a VNF stored on persistent storage as backup, then delete VNF. In future a new VNF launched and needs to access that backed-up data.
