Add support for configurable tenant id in request templates

Tenant Id is an often used data point in URLs and request bodies. The ability to insert this dynamically into request templates, rather than using a hard-coded value, would be a useful, time-saving feature. Possible solution: Create an extension to populate this from the config file.
