Provide links from "installed files" tab to local files, eg. README or INSTALL files

I, as a big fried of the "installed files" tab, often miss a feature like this. Especially for documentation, readme or install instructions it would be very useful. Gnome could determine the right application on the basis of mime-types. Synaptic has to be start with root-rights anyway, so there won't be any security issues. This feature would even fit into the "gnome philosophy" to cross-link information on the desktop as dense as possible.
