Power Plug - Lid Close - Action to be taken

Add an option in Power Plug under Switchboard to determine what is to be done in the case of the laptop lid being closed.
Would also be worth having it split and in both sections (Plugged In / Battery Power) as users may want a different option for each scenario.
Suggested Options (dropdown menu):
Turn Display Off
Suspend
Hibernate (if applicable)
Shut Down
Do Nothing
