Plug Naming Specification

Switchboard is modular by design, which means that individuals can swap out plugs at their convenience. This is especially useful for OEM's. However, for developers this means you can't really know if a specifically plug is installed or not. To help assist developers, we should have a consistent naming convention for standard plugs.
