Better Searching

Searching in Switchboard is currently very rudimentary. Users are expected to know where to find certain settings that could be located in different plugs, and they'll have to search manually through multiple plugs.

For example most media keys are handled in the keyboard plug, but the sleep button on my keyboard belongs to the power plug.
Or, where can I tell the computer to dim the screen when I'm afk? 'Brightness and Lock' or 'Power'?

A user who wants to change his keyboard layout might search for 'layout' and find nothing. If I'm looking for options related to hibernation, I want to search for 'hibernate'

The easiest way to deal with this is probably adding a line for keywords to the .plug file like .desktop files do it. A more sophisticated way would be something like this http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2490 (look at the second picture).
