Keyboard hotkeys for Elementary's desktop to let keyboard users focus on desktop's elements

Explained in Elementary's homepage, one of the features of this operating system is accessibility. Unfortunetly There are major issues with Elementary OS Freya and Orca, The screen reader that provides speech feedback for blind users so that they could work on the system with keyboard.

Currently there is no way to interact with the desktop element's using the keyboard.
I have no visual imagination of the desktop, But I'm posting this blueprint to get more help with this problem.
The only part the is completely accessible with the keyboard is slingshot, which you could use with tab,shift tab, and arrow keys.
I'm also not sure if this bluprint belongs to keyboard.plug or desktop.plug.
