Input/output of large (>5GB) files without segmentation

SwiftOnHPSS right now has to rely on the Static/Dynamic Large Object middleware to store files larger than the Swift cluster's maximum file size. This doesn't mesh well with namespace syncing large objects that already exist in the HPSS file system, and it makes dealing with files ingested in through SwiftOnHPSS difficult from other HPSS client interfaces. We want to figure out a way to work around this, so in the end we have one large file in HPSS that can be transparently managed through SwiftOnHPSS.
