Map Keystone identities to HPSS UID/GID pairs

SwiftOnHPSS has no means of resolving user names to HPSS user IDs currently, so every file that gets uploaded and shared is owned by the 'swift' service user in HPSS. This makes it difficult to enforce permissions and access control, so we want to have a means of mapping Keystone identities to HPSS UID/GID pairs and safely doing HPSS filesystem operations as the stored user.
