Introduce tempest for gluster-swift

Inclusion of tempest as in openstack will add integration tests to gluster-swift. Currently we are having only unittest and addition of tempest to gluster-swift will add more value in validating gluster-swift deployment. Considering storage solutions are distributed deployment, it will be necessary to have integration tests in place to validate if participating components works properly.
