Streamline the creation of other editions of Swift Linux

Under the old procedure, creating each edition of Swift Linux requires going through the ENTIRE process of transforming the parent distro into Swift Linux. Under the new procedure, after the ISO file is created for the original edition of Swift Linux, this new ISO is the basis for creating the additional editions of Swift Linux. This saves time, because the difference between one edition of Swift Linux and another is MUCH, MUCH smaller than the difference between Swift Linux and the parent distro.
