Support for different sorting_methods according to storage policy
The idea is to support different sorting_method for different storage policies.
The approach is to support sorting_method value at swift.conf in each storage-policy:[n] section. In case sorting_method is not provided in a storage-policy:x, sorting_method at proxy-server.conf will still be the default.
In the following example, storage-policy:0 uses sorting_method defined at proxy-server.conf and storage-policy:1 uses sorting_method defined in its own section: timing.
