The distribution packages of Swift should be in "working condition" right after installation. Of course, this would be a single node, no additional replicas, etc. but it would be useful for folks "just trying it out" or application developers wanting something easy to test their code against. This should NOT replace the SAIO - Swift All In One, as that is a Swift developer's environment emulating four nodes and is even more useful.
