Dedicated replication network support

We'd like to introduce support for using dedicated network for replication traffic. This will separate client-bound traffic between proxy-servers and storage-servers, and will allow to improve replication performance. This may also be form a foundation for more 'intelligent' replication in geo-distributed clusters.
