Goal: Serving static website content directly from Swift.
- Translate requests to possible /index.html resolutions, where the index.html part is configurable per container.
- Where index.html does not exist, optionally provide object listings instead.
- For error conditions of 404 Not Found and 401 Unauthorized, provide configurable error pages.
