swift support to non extended filesystem

Currently swift does not support file-systems, which does not support extended attributes.
Extended attribute means "Extended file attributes is a file system feature that enables users to associate computer files with metadata not interpreted by the file-system, whereas regular attributes have a purpose strictly defined by the file-system"
